I really love these pants - they're baggy but still flattering. I have them in olive and white and they just go with so many shirts! I took the advice from comments and sized down - usually a size 10 (sometimes 12) but I got a size 8 and I'm happy with that. I think you'd still be okay with your usual size, they'd just be abit more oversized and perhaps not fit as snug around the waist.
