All items included within our Choose What You Pay or Online Warehouse Sale promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene considerations.
If you would like to return an item:
1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return.
2. Select the items you'd like to return.
3. Specify whether you would like your refund processed to the original payment method or issued as a store credit.
4. Once confirmed, please package and ship your items using a traceable shipping service to:

If you would prefer to return your item in your local Assembly Label store, please ensure your return adheres to our Returns Policy above. Our stores can offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for online orders.
