This material is the perfect weight for the barrel leg shape. The gathered waist sits nicely and doesn’t balloon out so it’s more flattering than other elasticated waist brands. My only challenge with these is the length - I’m 158cm so I had to cut a good 15cm off the length. They’re very challenging to shorten because of the shape and the darts. I would love it if these came in a shorter length as well as the regular length.

I have the barrel pants in 2 colours and want to wear them everyday. They are so comfy but so cool. I would say if you want to wear them at your waist you might consider sizing down but I went for my standard size and can wear them more low rise if I want. Highly recommend.
